Supper friendly staff and owner. Location in the middle of jackson. Right by the suburbs of cancun, the airport, and cancun.

super nice and spacious room. great kitchen with delicious food upon arrival.- very accommodating owners - helped with taxi and had sweet little dogs and grandson.- homely family-run vibe.- lovely pool - good wifi - comfortable bed - big refrigerator, and drinking water.- close to the airport in the suburbs.- Patricia is an angel - incredibly helpful.- tropical fruit trees in the garden and adorable - well-behaved dogs

We had a lovely stay at Villa Igor in Database. the owners were incredibly nice and helpful, even though we didn't get a chance to meet them in person. the bed was the best we've ever slept on and the place itself was charming. We particularly loved the sweet dog that greeted us. It was easy to access the property with the lock code and the owners even helped us arrange a taxi for our early morning departure. the amenities were plentiful and the price was great. We also enjoyed exploring the beautiful garden with its tropical fruit trees. a fantastic experience!

During my recent transit in Cancun, I had the opportunity to stay at Villa Igor. Although it was only for a short time, I found the property to be conveniently located, just 9 km from Cancun Bus Station and 5 km from the nearest airport. the property had a lovely terrace, which provided a nice space to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
I was disappointed to discover that the area where the property was located was considered dangerous, something that was not mentioned to me prior to my arrival.

I had a great value for my money at Villa Igor. The room was cozy, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchen. The location was convenient, especially for a short stay before or after a flight. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing me to bring my dog. Plus, the pool looked like it was going to be a great addition once it was ready.
The only thing that could make the breakfast better would be more variety in the breakfast items.
